Fever is the body's response as a way to fight infections is
happening. Fever is characterized by a rise in temperature above the
normal value or can be hot bodies. Many were afraid to occur when the
body heat, so many who seek how to reduce fever quickly and safely.
Fever is usually a sign of the presence of a disease that is
abnormal is happening in the body and the immune system were resisting.
In addition to the increase in body temprature, fever, often accompanied
by other symptoms, such as headache, body aches, chills, and weakness.
Fever should not immediately revealed, but when itis inconvenient,
especially in children, the necessary steps or efforts to reduce fever.

If you have a fever, your body loses fluids throught sweat. Therefore, you should try to replace lost fluids as much as possible to prevent dehydration. Drink plenty of water or eat fruits and vegetables such as watermelon and cucumbers. - Shower with warm water
You naturally and effectively reduces fever by bathing with warm water. Especially in children, better use a cloth or sponge with a clean towel and then wipe any way. - Consuming Herbal Tea
Some herbs are useful in reducing fever and encourage you to sweat. It can be obtained by consuming the drink warm herbal tea as needed, maybe three times a day, and will better add honey. - Compress with Warm Water
When the body temprature rises (become high) can be lowered to compress with Warm Water. How namely :
1. Soak a clean cloth towel in warm water.
2. Squeeze and apply on the forehead or the chest.
When the fabric has a cold or the appropriate body temprature, dip again into the Warm Water, and so on until the body temprature back to normal.
WARNING!!!!
Despite chills and sweating when the fever, not a good use warm blanket or use thick clothing. Use one layer of clothing so that body temprature can drop quickly.
