Google Play Movies in 4K Now

Google Play Movies has been stealthily adding 4K movies to their catalog over the past few weeks.Now the 4K launch is officially.|

Both U.S and Canda user are now privy to over 125 4K titles starting immediately.Google Play is offering this UHD only on some selected devices.

Starting in the U.S and Canada you can purchase the 4K movies on your android device or in the
web and stream them in your Chromecast Ultra, your Sony Bravia Android TV, or your Xiaomi Mi Box 3,” Google Play Movies & TV Product Manager, Ben Serridge stated in a blog post.

That meanse that you can "buy" the content on your Android but you can only play the 4K content on the Chromecast Ultra, Sony Bravia Android TV or Xiaomi Mi Box 3.

If you buy the Chromecast Ultra this holiday season the'll throw a 4K movie for free!
So hurry up if you want the 4K content for fre in you Chromecast Ultra.Some of the titles avilable in the Chromecast Ultra are Star Trek Beyond, The Secret Life of Pets and Ghostbusters.

Also Google has announced that the Google Play Movies & TV app is avilable now in the new Samsung Smart TVs.

So make your holiday a 4K holiday by purchasing a Sony Bravia Android TV or Chromecast Ultra and starting digging into the 125+ titles available to you.If you are fine with the regular HD content go and buy a new Samsung Smart TV.
