Press and hold mentioned below keys.
Volume up + home key + home key
After this key combination phone will show you the option of
factory reset / wipe all data then you select the option by using the down
volume key and select the option by pressing the power key.
After this operation
select yes…delete all data confirm by pressing the power key to ok the option
your phone will be reboot after reboot now your phone is reset now.
